Turf & Sod Installation
R.E.I.T./ M&H offers both seeding and sodding for commercial properties. We start by consulting with the client to understand what type of grass best meets the properties needs.
Seeding
Mixes of grasses such as Kentucky bluegrass, creeping red fescue, and perennial ryegrass are used to give lawns the maximum pest resistance and environmental adaptation. We will discuss the installation cost, establishment time, potential soil problems, seasonal issues, and potential weed invasion.
Seeding is specific to installation in early spring or fall in order to receive enough moisture to insure seed survival. Our experienced crews take all site issues into account whether they are seeding or sodding.
Sodding
We use only fresh quality sod when it is selected. Sod is treated with water for the first 4 weeks.
Soil Analysis
We conduct soil analysis tests to determine which nutrients the soil or turf are missing to ensure a healthy lawn.
